**Please Note: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the pool, hot tub and sauna are currently closed.** Unit 17C at Bay Point Resort on Whitefish Lake is an air-conditioned, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, hillside condo that sleeps up to 6 people.  The upper level has an open concept living/dining area with a full kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops that has been set up with careful attention and high standards.  There is a flat screen TV in the living room and a patio door leading out to a large balcony with spectacular views of Whitefish Lake. The large bedroom has a king size bed, closet, dresser and bedside tables.  The beautiful 3 piece bathroom carries on the same theme of cabinetry and granite as the kitchen.  The lower level has a family room with a flat screen TV and a patio door leading out to its own balcony.  You will also find a stacking HE washer and dryer as well as a bonus second fridge and microwave. The lower bedroom has a king size bed as well as a set of bunk beds.  The bathroom on this level has a tub/shower.  There is a table and four chairs for eating, playing board games or cards.  There are lots of games in the cupboard for your enjoyment as well. There is a kayak, paddle board, and beach chairs for your pleasure too! Unit 17C is a three minute walk down to Bay Point’s private beachfront. Additional amenities you can enjoy include an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna as well as green space where you can kick around a soccer ball, throw a Frisbee, toss a football or play bocce ball.  The owners of this unit have provided all of this equipment for your use and it is located in a bucket on the lower level.  There are also a couple boat slips for rent through the HOA, depending on water levels. Over half of the visitors to the park report taking a hike on the park`s nearly 700 miles (1,127 km) of trails.
